Smoky grilled Lamb Chorizo topped with herb breadcrumbs, homemade queso sauce (cheese sauce), caramelized balsamic onions, lettuce, cucumbers and tomato.  

Herb breadcrumbs.

Fresh white bread, herbs like mint, cilantro or dill, rosemary, thyme and garlic. Pulverize all together till thoroughly mixed. Use fresh, herby breadcrumbs for gratinating meats or vegetables. Store in air tight container, under refrigeration. Keeps good for 3 days. Use a day old stale bread for better results.
